Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative CAD Engineer to join our team in Egypt who has the expertise in preprocessing, specializing in fluid volume extraction using tools like AutoCAD, CATIA, and ANSYS SpaceClaim. If you are a meticulous problem-solver with a strong ability to translate CAD drawings into accurate 3D models for fluid analysis, structural analysis across diverse industries, we invite you to join our innovative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE REQUIREMENT:

• Perform design generation, modification and simplification using various CAD tool like AutoCAD, CATIA, Solidworks, and ANSYS SpaceClaim.
• Hands-on experience in understanding CAD drawings, creating 3d models, cleanup, extract fluid volumes.
• Hands-on experience in handling dirty CAD models
• Hand-on experience with Ansys Meshing and Fluent meshing
• Translating 2D and 3D CAD drawings into optimized 3D models, identifying and addressing potential geometric challenges that could affect simulation accuracy.
• Consulting cost & time estimation, writing proposals, executing the structural projects and delivering the results on time.
• Need to demonstrate an ability to pick up new concepts and technologies quickly. Self-learning will be critical to accomplish this skill.
• Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English
• Strong organizational and time management skills, possesses a sense of urgency.
• Projects a professional image and demonstrates business acumen, driven to succeed.
• Provide insights and exhibit the “go-to person” for any technical guidance in the CFD team.
• Ability to travel up to 10%

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• E./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in preprocessing CAD models for simulations, showcasing mastery in AutoCAD, CATIA, and ANSYS SpaceClaim.
• Proficiency in translating complex CAD drawings into accurate 3D models, considering factors such as surface integrity, mesh quality, and simulation requirements.
